Many Fitness Stars Are Not Entirely Accurate When it Comes To Workout Routines
This post is not meant to offend anyone, rather open people's eyes to only truthful information. It took me quite a bit of time to learn about what is right and what is wrong when it comes to workout routines. I always trusted those 10 minutes youtube videos that were titled "ABS IN TWO WEEKS," I am sure you all have heard of them. But what many people fail to tell you is that is quite literally impossible. Abs take about 12-15 weeks to come in with hard work consisting of going to the gym at least 4 days a week and being on a pretty strict diet. I can confirm this because it took me about 4 months to have visible abs. Some fitness influencers giving advice about fitness actually have plastic surgery done like brazilian butt lifts or abdominal etching. I am not saying plastic surgery is anything to be ashamed of, I always stand by the statement, "do whatever makes you happy." I am only saying that influencers who have gotten abdominal etching should not spread misinformation like, "ABS IN 2 WEEKS," because it leads people on. It is disappointing when you trust a video only for it to fool you.
