Fitness Products That Are Worth Buying

I will be reviewing some fitness products that I believe are worth buying or just completely useless. I will be including pictures as well just in case you are unfamiliar with some of these products.

1. A gym bag
I believe a gym bag are it useful simply because it carries everything for you. You can throw in your air pods, membership card, water bottle, wallet, and more into the bag instead of carrying it yourself. As someone who weight-lifts, I bring a lot of items with me to the gym like, resistant bands, wrist straps, air-pods, gym shoes (for cardio), a belt, pre-workout, and creatine. This is by far my favorite fitness purchase, especially because I got mine on amazon for only 20$!

2. A yoga mat and foam roller
Usually, 99% of gyms already provide yoga mats and foam rollers, which is why I think purchasing these is pointless. If you are germ freak just remember that gyms provide you cleaning supplies to clean off your equipment, so do not be scared! If you want a special yoga mat or foam roller and do not care about spending money on one, go ahead and buy one! I am just letting you know that gyms do provide these, so you do not need to spend extra money getting them.

3. Pull up bands / thin resistance bands
Pull up bands are self-explanatory; they just assist you when doing pull-ups. Doing unassisted pull-ups was one of my fitness goals, which I was able to achieve thanks to my pull up band. A thin resistance band is something I use before lifting because it serves as a warm-up for my muscles. Shoulder injuries are very common due to lifting weights, so I make sure to warm up with a band before each upper body lift. I definitely recommend buying these two things. You can find them both on amazon for 10$ or less!

4. Wrist-straps
Wrist-straps are a great product for people who weight-lift. They provide your wrists support when lifting. Our grip tends to give out quick, which means it prevents us from lifting more weight, which we are very much capable of doing. Once again, these are only 10$ on amazon!

5. A lifting belt
A lifting belt is used to help brace your core and spine. I personally believe you only need a lifting belt if you are squatting or deadlifting very heavy weight. A belt also prevents bad form, which can prevent injuries. If you do not squat or deadlift, I do not think you need one, since they are pretty pricey ranging from 30$-100$.

6. Massage Gun
You do not need this at all! If you do not mind spending the money and like massages, sure go ahead and buy it, but you do not need one. This is used on sore muscles to help relieve some pain. Stretching before and after working, sitting in a sauna, taking Tylenol also relieves sore muscles, and it much cheaper than a massage gun. These range from 40$-150$.
