Hi! My name is Eliza Kipa and I write The Dream Lifestyle to help people maintain a healthy lifestyle by focusing on working out and eating healthy. I have been weightlifting for about two years now, meaning I am very knowledgeable about the subject. I also enjoy cooking, which is how I was able to create nutritious recipes. For the past two years I have done extensive research on workout routines and good diets. This is how I was able to find a well-balanced routine to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I am a college student majoring in business administration, which I hope leads me to opening my own gym in the future, where I can serve as a personal trainer to help others with their fitness journeys.
