As the Years Go By, More and More People Will Get into Exercising

Whether we like it or not, social media plays a big part in our lives now. Everyone you probably know has a iPhone or iPad or even a Samsung, which means they have access to social media apps, like instagram or TikTok. TikTok has become a HUGE social media app over the years. It is a platform where users can post any type of content videos. You might be reading this and thinking "what does this have anything to do with fitness?", which brings me to my next point...


Some of these content videos consist of fitness journeys, tips, and advice. Believe it or not, but this app is something I have used throughout my whole fitness journey because it is extremely helpful. You can find anything from healthy dinner recipes, to structured workout routines. As I said earlier, social media plays a big part in our lives, which is why I think apps like TikTok will intrigue more people into wanting to build a healthy lifestyle. This is why I believe as the years go by, and social media plays an even bigger part in our lives, more people will get into exercising. I honestly never even knew about weightlifting until I saw a few of videos on TikTok about it. Ever since then I have been obsessed with it.
