The 5 Rules of 75 Day-Hard
75 day-hard was created by Andy Frisella in 2019. It is 5 "rules" that you have to follow every single day for 75 days. It was created to help people improve their physical and mental strength.
1. FOLLOW A SPECIFIC DIET
- You can create your own diet, but it needs to be well-balanced and healthy. Your diet can not include alcohol.
2. COMPLETE TWO 45-MINUTE WORKOUTS EACH DAY
- You can also create your own workouts, but one of them needs to be outside. For example, you can go to the gym and run on a treadmill and later go outside and do some yoga.
3. TAKE PROGRESS PICTURES
- If you stay consistent with this challenge and actually complete it, you will notice the biggest difference in how you look and feel, which is why it would be nice to look back on how far you have come.
4. DRINK 1 GALLON OF WATER A DAY
- This is pretty self explanatory. Staying hydrated is key to maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and we tend to not drink enough water on a daily. 1 gallon of water is actually the recommend amount of water you should be drinking everyday.
5. READ 10 PAGES OF A BOOK A DAY
- You need a physical copy of a book for this part, no technology allowed. This will help you take a phone break when needed.
This should not be a negative challenge you have to force yourself to complete, of course it will be hard at first, but after a few days you will want to go longer than 75 days. I hope you give it a try and push yourself to become the best version of yourself!
