Reviewing the Most Popular Fitness App

 I will be reviewing the most popular fitness app named MyFitnessPal. Out of 1.6 million people, the average rating for the app is 4.7/5. It is #6 on the app store chart related to health & fitness. MyFitnessPal is a FREE app that "helps it's members reach their nutrition and fitness goals every year." It can track your daily calorie intake, nutrient intake, and macro intake by inputting the foods you eat. It can also track how many steps you take, provide you healthy recipes, and more. Personally, I love this app. I have been using it since I started my fitness journey and it has been a key tool in helping me maintain my healthy lifestyle. I have the free version, which is honestly all you need. They do have a premium subscription that costs 80$ a year, but I have felt no need to get it, since I am content with the free subscription. At one point, I did pay for the premium subscription and you do get some extra benefits. I only use it to track my daily macro intake which is why i prefer the free subscription. 


In conclusion, I would rate this app a 10/10. I have only had a positive experience using the app, and I promise that you will get the same!
