Stop Being Scared of Creatine !!!

 Supplementing creatine is one of the biggest controversies in the fitness industry, which is something I just do not understand. If you do not know, creatine is a supplement that provides energy to your muscles, so it increases strength and improves performance. That is why many bodybuilders use it. If people would actually do their research, they would realize that creatine is nothing but beneficial. I have seen many videos where people talk about the "negative affects of creatine," which makes no sense, BECAUSE THERE IS NONE!

Take it from someone who has been taking creatine for about 8 months now, I have not experienced a single negative affect. I have heard all kinds of things like, "it makes you get pimples," or "it is not good for your kidneys," which are lies lies lies. As humans, we literally PRODUCE creatine in our bodies. You are not putting anything unusual into your body, I can promise you that. Stop trusting people who do not do their research, instead trust people who do, like me! Now, obviously creatine can not work for you because of 3 simple reasons, you are not drinking enough water, you are not taking it everyday, and you do not weight-lift. So, instead of these people spreading false information, they should start taking creatine the right way and realize the amazing benefits it actually provides.
